Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories (IFM preferred).
• Experience leading end-to-end RFx processes with autonomy.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA a plus.

• Own and execute long-term sourcing strategy for Grounds IFM portfolio.
• Lead large-scale RFx processes from initiation to contract award.
• Provide advisory guidance on scope, risk, and supplier strategy.
• Manage compliance, governance, and contracting standards.
• Develop supplier performance programs and scorecards with operations.
• Lead and develop S&P team to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Present strategies and results to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations and risk/legal teams to ensure governance.
