Job summary

JLL is seeking a highly strategic Grounds (Landscape & Snow Removal) S&P leader to own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for a large client. You will mentor, recruit, and develop a world-class team while partnering with account leadership and the client to align expectations and deliver measurable value.

The role requires executive presence, advanced Excel proficiency, and a proven track record of leading complex RFx programs from cradle to grave, guiding stakeholders, and driving governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes in complex environments.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the long-term sourcing strategy for Grounds IFM across the client portfolio.
• Lead large-scale RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from initiation through contract award and transition.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders on scope development, risk mitigation, and supplier strategy.
• Mentor and develop S&P team to achieve strategic outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Present sourcing strategies and performance results to senior leadership.
