Job summary

JLL is seeking a Strategic Sourcing professional to support Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing services operations and sourcing strategies across the United States.

You will partner with the Sourcing Leader and cross-functional teams, lead RFX events, perform market analyses, negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years in strategic sourcing or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in a decentralized environment.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience developing and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate pricing structures.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite; AI apps a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Lead and assist cross-functional stakeholder teams through sourcing events (RFXs), data analysis, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, risk management programs, and ethics.
• Establish relationships with Legal and Risk Management to ensure contract terms are reviewed and approved.
• Coordinate priorities, deliverables, and issue resolution with Operations teams and vendors.
• Support development and communication of regional and national programs.
