Job summary

JLL is seeking a highly strategic procurement leader to drive a Grounds (Landscape & Snow Removal) S&P team for a major client. You will own end-to-end RFx processes and shape a long-term sourcing strategy while mentoring a world-class team.

The role requires executive presence, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record of influencing stakeholders across the organization to deliver measurable value in the Grounds portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
• Proven experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes in complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute long-term sourcing strategy for Grounds IFM category.
• Lead large-scale RFx processes from initiation to contract award and transition.
• Partner with operations teams to develop scorecards and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide executive-level guidance on scope development, risk mitigation, and supplier strategy.
