Job summary

JLL is seeking a strategic Grounds (Landscape & Snow Removal) S&P leader to drive the long-term sourcing strategy for a large client and manage a high-performing team. You will independently lead RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and provide executive-level guidance to stakeholders in a complex, global facilities environment.

You will shape supplier strategies, drive cost optimization, mitigate risk, and develop teams while aligning with JLL's governance and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services, with demonstrated experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) procurement
• Proven people management experience
• Proven experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes in complex environments with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term sourcing strategy for Grounds IFM category
• Own RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) end-to-end
• Negotiate master service agreements and contracts independently
• Present strategies and results to senior leadership
• Mentor and develop S&P team and drive client relationships
• Ensure governance and compliance throughout procurement processes
