The role requires managing schedules, budgets, safety, and quality across projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver spaces on time and under budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ground-up restaurant and retail constructions.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects and coordinate teams.
• Strong reading of construction blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for concurrent restaurant and retail projects.
• Lead site visits ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and enforce cost-control within budget.
• Interpret complex blueprints and execute designs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams.
