Job summary

JobFormance LLC in Reston, VA is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a strong track record in ground-up restaurant and retail construction. You will manage multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring schedules and budgets are tightly controlled.

The role requires site visits, safety and code compliance, and close collaboration with contractors, vendors, and clients. Hybrid work is available in this Reston office role.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in restaurant and retail construction (ground-up and tenant build-out).
• Strong ability to interpret construction blueprints and site designs.
• Hands-on experience with construction management and scheduling software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and meet deadlines.
• PMI PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for multiple concurrent restaurant and retail projects.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to drive project success.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures.
• Review and execute against complex blueprints and designs.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
