Mars United Commerce, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Manager for Retail Consultancy focused on Grocery for a major CPG client. The role drives annual planning, project management, and program synergy across teams and retailers.

Candidate should have 7–9 years in retail marketing, proven leadership, and strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. This is a hybrid role requiring proximity to our Cincinnati office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 7–9 years’ experience in retail marketing or with assigned retailer.
• Experience leading and developing others.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strategic thinking in shopper marketing programs and day-to-day business.
• Ability to analyze past program results and consumer insights.
• Sound decision making based on industry knowledge.
• Desire to grow the assigned client/business.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal, actionable strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Manage implementation of key client projects and budgets.
• Build relationships with retailer client contacts.
• Oversee program execution and partnerships with vendors/partners.
• Plan timelines and monitor progress across programs.
• Mentor Retail Consultancy staff and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in delivery.
