Job summary

Mars United Commerce, headquartered for a global Grocery client, seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Consultancy. You will lead planning, sponsor projects, and align programs across strategy, analytics, and retail execution. Hybrid work requires commuting to the Cincinnati office.

The role demands 7–9 years in retail marketing, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 7–9 years’ experience in retail marketing or with the assigned retailer.
• Experience leading and developing others and managing projects.
• Strategic thinking for Shopper Marketing programs and day-to-day business.
• Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategies and tactics with cross-functional teams.
• Manage implementation of key client projects and budgets.
• Build relationships with retailer contacts and manage communications.
• Mentor Retail Consultancy Managers and Account Executives.
• Measure post-promotion results and drive program improvements.
