Job summary

Mars United℠ Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the Director and Manager with retailer project execution, asset management, and budget oversight. The role covers both managed service and self-service campaigns, including AdOps tagging and billing duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, recaps, and communications across internal teams, while developing brand knowledge and maintaining project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 3+ years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and communications with cross functional teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Compile and distribute meeting or project recaps.
• Develop knowledge of brand or retailer positioning and marketing strategies.
• Support program development, timelines, costing and AdOps tagging.
• Manage budgets and billings, track hours and costs.
• Develop proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial systems.
• Produce weekly status reports and marketplace assessments.
