Job summary

Mars United℠ Commerce in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Director, Retail Consultancy to lead client retail strategy, performance, and Marilyn data‑driven programs. Hybrid work is available for those within commuting distance to our Minneapolis office.

The role focuses on annual planning, program execution, and revenue growth through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration with retailer teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field is required.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership role.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing, ecommerce, media or advertising experience with grocery retailers.
• Dynamic personality with strong influence across diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of shopper marketing and retail trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership impacting the client's business with key retailer.
• Collaborate with clients and retailer to align omni/shopper, media and plans.
• Expand assigned business through growth opportunities within the retailer.
• Own the retail media relationship and develop plans to achieve objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including media, consumer marketing, and operations.

Education
