Mars United Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support retailer project execution, budgeting, and reporting. You will coordinate timelines, asset management, and communications across internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in shopper marketing or advertising, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and ability to multitask under tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure
• Detail orientation and ability to multitask across fluid workload
• Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
• Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
• Enthusiastic, "can do" attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Desire to learn all aspects of the Shopper Marketing discipline
• Effective interpersonal skills working well across functions

Responsibilities

• Manage and build productive relationships and communications with cross functional teams to keep projects moving forward
• Compile, author and distribute meeting or project recaps
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning and understanding competitors, goals, and marketing strategies
• Tactically support programs including timelines, trafficking and review of materials and cost estimation
• Manage and support projects effectively from start to finish
• Support budget management ensuring program estimates and actuals are managed to hours and costs
• Manage electronic job jackets/billing information
• Develop proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial management systems
• Work effectively with various internal departments
• Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status, marketplace assessments
• All other duties as assigned by Manager or Director
