Qualifications

• ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree.
• 7+ years in system protection engineering for transmission/substation projects.
• Experience with relay settings and protection studies.
• Familiarity with CAPE/ASPEN and relay analysis tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead system protection studies and relay settings development.
• Review P&C design documents such as one‑lines and wiring diagrams.
• Support protection and control design for high‑voltage projects.
• Coordinate with substation design teams and field commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, ANSI, and NERC/PRC standards.
