The role requires a Master in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) and 7+ years of experience in grid analysis and renewables integration.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems specialization.
- 7+ years in power system analysis, grid operations, or renewables integration.
- Strong skills in power system simulation software and grid interconnection standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze impact of renewable generation on grid stability and performance.
- Develop technical solutions for grid integration of distributed and utility-scale resources.
- Create grid connection studies: power flow, short circuit, transient stability.
- Collaborate with grid operators and planners to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging grid management technologies and methodologies.
- Develop procedures for integrating variable renewables and present findings to stakeholders.
