Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive new business and expansion with executive-level buyers in the DACH region. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver multi-solution sales and showcase the Workiva platform to meet customer needs.

You will build relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and forecast opportunities while maintaining a growth mindset and deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek sales opportunities with internal teams and partnerships to generate pipeline.
• Demonstrate Workiva platform tailored to customer needs.
• Address objections and guide opportunities to close with value.
• Lead the sales process and forecast using CRM data.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure deals.
