Synchrony is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join the GRC Risk Management Systems team. You will drive risk governance initiatives, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and translate requirements into features and user stories. The role emphasizes UAT, QA support, and backlog grooming in an Agile environment.

The position offers flexible work options with occasional in-person engagements, and a salary range that reflects extensive experience in risk management and financial services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in software life-cycle management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with operational risk management techniques including risk/control identification, assessment, testing and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for use of the GRC platform as the tool for risk and governance activities and system of record.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, understand and manage key organizational risks holistically.
• Develop Features/User Stories, support QA review, lead UAT and regression testing, and release validation.
• Identify process improvements, user experience, design, and technical system opportunities to support risk programs.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog, participate in Agile rituals, and be the voice of the business for GRC.
• Support backlog sequencing to drive the defined product roadmap with stakeholders.
