Job summary

Responsibilities

• Input applicant data accurately and timely into the university student information system.
• Evaluate transcripts/student application materials in an accurate, timely manner.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with graduate students, faculty and graduate program staff.
• Process program admission recommendations accurately and efficiently.
• Perform complex evaluations of domestic and international graduate student applications.
• Determine the authenticity of transcripts and validity of bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures of relevant higher education bodies.
• Serve as mentor and trainer for new Admissions Officers.
