Job summary

Polimorphic is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own a territory across U.S. government customers, build pipeline from scratch, and close meaningful deals. This remote role has a preference for California and reports to the Director of Sales.

You will craft compelling business cases, navigate complex procurements, and shape our go-to-market strategy while delivering measurable impact for residents and agencies alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales.
• Proven success selling complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions.
• First‑principles thinker who builds business cases.
• Able to prospect and build pipelines from scratch.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel throughout your region (20–30%).
• Entrepreneurial, creative, “can do” spirit.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic sales plan for your region.
• Prospect relentlessly into state and local government accounts and build a 4x coverage pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Build compelling business cases and deliver tailored product demos.
• Collaborate with marketing on region campaigns and represent Polimorphic at events.
