Job summary

Polimorphic is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own a territory in government-focused software sales. This remote role reports to the Director of Sales and offers you the chance to build a pipeline from scratch, close meaningful deals, and shape go-to-market strategy.

You will prospect into state and local government accounts, travel as needed (roughly 20–30%), manage the full cycle from first conversation to contract, and enjoy a competitive salary, commissions, and equity in a high-growth,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to build and manage a territory from scratch and hit quarterly goals.
• Experience selling to state and local government a plus.
