Polimorphic is building the operating system for how the government serves its people. We seek a Senior Account Executive to own a territory, build a pipeline from scratch, and close meaningful deals in a remote-first, U.S.-focused role with preference for Texas.

You will craft compelling business cases for government buyers, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, and drive a direct impact on services delivered to residents. This is a high-growth, venture-backed environment with real upside.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software sales with proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions; enterprise experience preferred.
• Ability to construct quantitative ROI arguments and business cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with a strategic sales plan and pipeline to back it up.
• Prospect into state and local government accounts through research and outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
• Build a real pipeline and accurate forecasts with clear blockers and timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to maximize territory results.
