Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a DoD contract, overseeing all facets of operation, maintenance, and building alterations for a facility of 500,000+ square feet. You will ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing budget, schedules, and vendor teams.

Applicants must hold a Top-Secret clearance and have extensive facilities management experience. IFMA CFM certification or commitment to obtain within six months is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of facilities management experience.
• Top-Secret clearance required.
• Experience managing 500,000+ sq ft facilities and operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and utility systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• IFMA CFM certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong time management, planning and project management skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels within an organization.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Has complete authority on behalf of the company during the contract term.
• Ensure accurate execution of plans, specs, SOW, task orders, safety and quality plans.
• Oversee all building operations including maintenance, alterations, and customer needs.
• Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Promote safety and ethics standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish maintenance schedules, budgets, and monitor costs and contractual requirements.
• Develop positive labor relations and interface with COR and client reps.
• Lead PMO team, motivate staff, and ensure contract performance.
