Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements across MAS/OASIS+ and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles. The role collaborates with OGC, supports proposal development, and monitors regulatory updates.

The position also covers supervision of the contracts and compliance team, risk mitigation, and strategic contracting initiatives within a dynamic professional services

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years or more of relevant contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments, required.
• Three (3) years or more administering a GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, including modifications and renewals, required.
• Experience owning a SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations, required.
• Three (3) years or more supporting federal, state and local government proposals, required.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and GSA terms, required.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of government contracts and grants with governance across FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements.
• Coordinate with OGC for legal reviews, NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate proposals, including representations and terms.
• Monitor ongoing reporting and renewal requirements of active contracts and grants.
• Supervise staff involved in contracts, grants, compliance, and proposal support.
