Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA requirements, and related regulatory obligations. The role supports MAS, OASIS+, and other GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, coordinating with OGC and maintaining SAM.gov registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State governments or equivalents.
• Experience with GSA MAS, OASIS+, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov registrations and annual representations and certifications.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant contract vehicles, including competitive and non-competitive opportunities.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
• Monitor contract modifications, performance, reporting, and closeout.
• Develop internal processes to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
