Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants end-to-end, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements across MAS, OASIS+, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.

You will coordinate with the Office of the General Counsel, prepare compliant proposal content, maintain SAM.gov registrations, and monitor certifications, delivering accurate contract deliverables on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 4 years of contracts and compliance experience with federal/state governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS, OASIS+, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and SAM.gov representations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of government contracts and grants and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate legal review of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with OGC.
• Review proposals for representations, terms, and conditions and provide compliance assessments.
• Monitor SAM.gov registrations and annual representations and certifications.
• Maintain internal processes for ongoing contract compliance and audits.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on federal contracting requirements.
