Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend contract and grant vehicles based on growth, risk, and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate contract and grant documentation for submissions.
• Monitor ongoing reporting, renewal, and administrative requirements of active vehicles.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with partners with Legal.
• Provide business input on strategic teaming approaches and terms.
• Support implementation by monitoring alignment with requirements and policies.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify compliance requirements and issues; coordinate with OGC.
• Support development of responses to contractual sections, including reps/certifications, terms, and exception summaries.
• Analyze key clauses (FAR/DFARS/GSA) and provide compliance assessments.
• Liaise between internal teams and government contracting officers during proposals.
• Collaborate with OGC and leadership on terms and T&Cs responses.
• Be the primary point of contact for government customers on contract matters.
• Lead contract kickoff meetings and ensure the team understands compliance obligations.
• Coordinate modifications, performance monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Ensure deliverables and obligations are tracked and met on time.
• Develop and maintain policies to support FAR/DFARS/GSA compliance and other laws.
