Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Government Contracts Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal contracts from proposal through closeout in Arlington, TX. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, manage OTAs, and protect data rights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth in DoD programs.

The role requires 5–10 years of government contracting experience, strong negotiation skills, and on-site presence in Arlington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience managing federal government contracts, subcontracts, or procurement activities.
• Demonstrated expertise with FAR, DFARS, and applicable agency supplements.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense contracts and federal acquisition programs.
• Working knowledge of OTAs including prototype and follow-on production structures.
• Experience with data rights, intellectual property provisions, and DFARS Part 227 requirements.
• Proficiency with CLIN structures, contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ), and contract administration.
• Strong contract negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer government prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and modifications under FAR/DFARS.
• Guide CLIN structures, pricing, deliverable requirements, and terms to support compliant proposals.
• Support capture and proposals through solicitations, compliance assessments, and bid/no-bid analyses.
• Identify flow-down requirements and ensure incorporation into supplier agreements.
• Review documents for alignment with policies, objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain contract files and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support OTA proposal development, negotiation, and administration.
• Analyze and negotiate technical data and software rights provisions under DFARS Part 227.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, compliance, financial, and operational risks.
