Job summary

Amca seeks a Senior Contracts Manager for Government Programs to lead the negotiation and administration of federal procurements. You will serve as the contract authority on government proposals, manage DCMA interactions, and own the contract lifecycle from solicitation through closeout.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will build Amca's government contracting function and coordinate with DoD agencies to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and SBIR data protections.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of government contract administration and negotiation.
• Depth in FAR and DFARS for defense programs.
• Experience with cost-type and fixed-price vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiation with various Contracting Officers across DoD branches.
• Own government proposals, terms, pricing data obligations, and certifications.
• Support prime/subcontracting, DCMA audits, and policy interpretation.
• Own IP rights position, Government Purpose Rights, SBIR data protection.
