Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Billing & Cost Analyst to lead government contract billing in Orlando, FL. You will manage billing lifecycle, project setups, and cost controls within Deltek Costpoint and collaborate with Operations and Contracts teams.

The role requires GovCon experience, CPFF/T&M/FFP knowledge, and strong Excel capabilities to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive GovCon project billing or project accounting experience.
• Advanced hands-on with Deltek Costpoint, Billing and Project modules.
• Knowledge of CPFF, T&M, and FFP government contracts.
• Excellent communication with operations to resolve bottlenecks in financial processes.
• Experience navigating WAWF/PIEE invoicing portals.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Sumifs) for data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains financial records and ensures proper recording of financial transactions.
• Execute end-to-end billing setup, project creation, and maintenance in Deltek Costpoint.
• Review and input contract modifications in Costpoint (funding ceilings, periods, CPFF/T&M/FFP).
• Build out Project WBS and assign codes for precise labor capture and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Managers and Contracts to resolve billing variances and funding issues.
• Assist Finance with ICS data for DCAA submissions and indirect rate applications.
• Generate and submit complex government invoices via WAWF/PIEE per FAR/DFARS/DCAA.
