Job summary

Seneca Holdings is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst for a remote, full-time role. You will manage project billings, purchase orders, and resource management while ensuring financial performance and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities include preparing setup documentation, maintaining project files, generating billing requests, and tracking funding, revenue, and commitments to provide insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Extensive government contracting experience with FFP and T&M methods.
• Experience managing large, complex contracts with multiple CLINs.
• Knowledge of Estimate at Completion (EAC) development and financial analysis processes.
• Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience and advanced Excel for data analysis.

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Project Controls Analyst will manage project billings, purchase orders, and resource management while ensuring financial performance and alignment with project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit comprehensive project setup documentation in accordance with internal guidelines
• Maintain accurate project files and generate customer billing requests, ensuring audit readiness
• Track and analyze key project data, providing insights to stakeholders on funding, revenue, and commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business disciplines, with 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Extensive experience in government contracting and various contract types, including FFP and T&M
• Proven ability to manage large, complex contracts with multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs)
• In-depth knowledge of Estimate at Completion (EAC) development and financial analysis processes
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
