Job summary

Hire With Near is seeking a senior Google Ads Specialist to own day-to-day campaigns for franchise brands with hundreds of locations. You will manage Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen efforts across locations, balancing lead volume and cost per lead while collaborating with senior strategists via video calls.

The role is fully remote for LATAM-based professionals, full-time, long-term contract, with a monthly USD salary that scales with seniority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Google Ads for brick-and-mortar, multi-location businesses.
• Hands-on Search and Performance Max experience, plus Google Ads Editor and strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, call tracking and offline conversion imports.
• Agency experience, or strong experience working within a performance marketing team.
• C1 English, a clear communicator who is comfortable on video calls; Google Ads certification.
• Available full time as your only job, with strong overlap with Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns by location.
• Manage budgets and pacing across many small location accounts, balancing lead volume against cost per lead.
• Mine search terms and manage negative keywords, match types and bids.
• Write and run ad tests, and act on the results.
• Set up and maintain tracking with GA4, GTM, call tracking and offline conversion imports.
• Use Google Ads Editor and spreadsheet templates to make changes at scale.
• Analyze performance data, using AI tools where helpful, to find and fix issues.
• Apply the agency's methodology and strategists' direction to each brand and location.
• Spot recurring problems and improve your own work so the same mistakes do not repeat.
• Join team video meetings and share clear updates with the strategists you support.
