Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Senior Google Ads Manager to lead lead-generation campaigns with 3–5 years of hands-on experience. The role emphasizes the full conversion funnel, including landing pages and conversion tracking, and prefers experience with psychotherapy or health-care services.

This fully remote position is open to LATAM-based candidates. Typical monthly budgets are $1,500–$3,000, with a salary of $2,500 per month and 10 days PTO; applicants outside LATAM will not be considered.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing lead generation campaigns.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets of $1,500–$3,000+.
• Experience independently building and optimizing Google Search campaigns.
• Strong experience with keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
• Experience with conversion tracking and tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
• Experience connecting Google Ads performance with actual business outcomes.

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage accounts with typical monthly budgets of $1,500–$3,000.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, negative keyword management, bidding, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Review and optimize the relationship between Google Ads, landing pages, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze the lead-to-client funnel to identify where leads are lost after an inquiry submission.
• Develop campaign strategies prioritizing qualified leads and paying clients over sheer volume.
