Job summary

ResiBrands is seeking a driven Paid Media Specialist to scale customer acquisition across our portfolio of home services brands. You will independently manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize bidding, budgets, and targeting, and report on performance across multiple markets.

The role requires hands-on GAds expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with account management, creative teams, and franchise owners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience independently building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads structure, keywords, bidding, and budgets.
• Ability to analyze results and adjust without extensive training.
• Familiarity with CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS metrics and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across brands and markets.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor metrics: CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, lead volume.
• Improve account structures, keywords, bidding, budgets, and targeting.
• Identify opportunities via testing, landing pages, and budget allocation.
• Analyze data to find trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams and franchise owners to drive improvements.
• Develop KPI-driven reporting translating performance into insights.
• Maintain paid media SOPs, standards, and QA processes.
• Stay updated on Google Ads, attribution, and AI tools.
