Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale campaigns for U.S.-based local service businesses. You will own campaign performance, from building to optimization, for a portfolio of 25–35 accounts with monthly budgets between $5,000 and $50,000.

This hands-on role emphasizes measurable results and data-driven decisions, with collaboration across the internal team and no direct client communication.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage Google Ads for U.S.-based local service businesses.
• Experience handling monthly budgets in the $5k–$50k range.
• Strong grasp of CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and optimization strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear performance communication.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage many accounts.

• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and LSAs for U.S. local services.
• Track CPL, lead quality, ROAS, and other metrics; make data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to scale budgets and campaigns; explore Performance Max.
• Coordinate with an assistant on conversion tracking and landing pages.
• Prioritize qualified leads and booked jobs over clicks alone.
• Document strategies and workflows for team-wide replication.
• Share regular performance updates and flag risks proactively.
