Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns. This is a high-impact, fully remote role where you’ll own Google Ads strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts.

You will drive measurable growth through paid search, improve conversion performance, and scale campaigns profitably while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving growth with paid search and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Experience collaborating with remote/international teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels).
• Test creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies (A/B testing).
• Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Allocate advertising budgets across campaigns efficiently.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance.
