Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company focused on sustainable, end-to-end manufacturing solutions. The Maintenance Technician IV performs corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on process equipment, including setup and changeover support in aseptic areas.

They troubleshoot mechanically and electrically, train operators, and support continuous improvement projects in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in GMP environments.
• Proficient troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Familiarity with aseptic/sterile manufacturing environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilds, changeovers, and PMs on process equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance through data within the operating area.
• Use testing and measuring tools for troubleshooting of line equipment.
