Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance - IDAP to lead a maintenance team and ensure operation of all assets, performing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance. You will guide technical investigations, support project activities, and collaborate with operations, engineers and OEM suppliers to drive improvements and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities include maintenance repairs, documentation, equipment installations, training operators, and ensuring safety and cGMP

Qualifications

Experience in GMP or regulated production environments.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Problem solving and project management skills.
Ability to direct a team of technical resources.
Expertise in automation/controls, aseptic/packaging equipment, process/materials, maintenance, validation or project delivery.

Responsibilities

Complete emergency, corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance on process equipment.
Document work in the work order system in compliance with cGMPs.
Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per site SOPs.
Maintain MRO procedures and inventory control.
Apply problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to repairs.
Drive root cause analysis and investigations.
Support OEE initiatives and collaborate with suppliers.
Provide training to operators on equipment setup and basic repairs.
Lead and mentor technical team members and manage projects.
Work under supervision of senior engineering/manufacturing leads and other activity leads.
