Job summary

Resilience seeks a Maintenance Technician IV for sterile operations in West Chester, OH. You will perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on process equipment and support setup/changeover in classified environments up to Class 100. Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and CMMS proficiency are required.

Responsibilities include 5S housekeeping, data monitoring, and training Production Operators while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a GMP setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive maintenance on automated process equipment in a GMP environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP) and GMP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on process equipment.
• Support setup, changeover, and line turnarounds in sterile areas up to Class 100.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Train operators on equipment setup and minor repairs; assist in continuous improvement projects.
• Complete documentation in work orders, batch records, and maintenance logs per cGMP.
