Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support GMP manufacturing operations. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automated process equipment, conduct changeovers, and monitor performance to ensure cleanroom standards are met.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with aseptic environments, and CMMS experience. Training will be provided for operators and adherence to SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automated process equipment in GMP environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting proficiency including hydraulics/pneumatics/electronics.
• Familiarity with aseptic/sterile manufacturing requirements and cleanroom behavior.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on process equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections, changeovers, and line turnarounds per SOPs.
• Monitor equipment performance and data to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain cGMP documentation including work orders and batch records.
• Provide training to operators for equipment setup and minor repairs.
