UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a senior-level GME Coordinator III to provide strategic direction and oversight for accredited residency/fellowship programs. Working with the Program Director, you will develop program strategy, mentor coordinators, and drive initiatives to enhance program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• 4 years of direct experience as the primary GME program coordinator of an ACGME-accredited residency-fellowship program(s).
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic planning and development of the GME program(s) with the Program Director.
• Oversees resident recruitment, onboarding, and the educational experience.
• Develops and implements innovative educational strategies for program enhancement.
• Oversees program evaluation including resident and faculty feedback.
• Leads accreditation activities including site visits and self-studies.
• Advises the Program Director on policies and strategic initiatives.
• Mentors junior coordinators and may supervise administrative staff.
• Represents the program at national and international meetings.
