Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a dedicated GME Program Administrator to coordinate accreditation activities, fellow recruitment, and onboarding, working closely with the Program Director.

You will manage records, track licensure and training, prepare reports for ACGME/ACGME, and support annual evaluations. This role emphasizes attention to detail, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with residents, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business administration or healthcare administration is required.
• Two years of related experience or 60 semester hours may substitute for an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and program-wide events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, and visa/licensing processes.
• Provide support to residents/fellows on program policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements.
• Support program quality initiatives and improvement projects.
• Coordinate evaluations, scheduling, data entry, and analysis; assist with reports to accrediting bodies.
