Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the GME program and maintain accreditation readiness. The role involves coordinating didactics, conferences, and rotations while ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.

The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation, and collaborate with leadership to drive program improvement and educational quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with two years of related experience or 60 college credits may substitute.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and program-wide events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, and onboarding, including visa, licensure, and credentialing.
• Provide support to residents/fellows on policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
• Work with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and policies.
• Coordinate evaluation processes, including scheduling, data entry, and analysis.
• Assist with preparation and submission of required reports to ACGME and other bodies.

Education

Associate’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
