McDonald's operates through a franchisee-owned restaurant and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while driving guest satisfaction.

You will supervise Department and Shift Managers, set goals with your leader, coach teams, and build a profitable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in quick service or hospitality, strong leadership, and staffing/scheduling abilities are preferred. This role is franchisee-operated.

Formación

• General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant, setting goals and providing coaching.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team.

Responsabilidades

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience at high-volume locations, preferably quick service or hospitality/retail.
