Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail, and must be 18 years or older. You will hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong, capable restaurant leadership

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching to improve Departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future success.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality, or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
