You’ll work with a leadership team, set goals, coach managers, and develop staff to build a forward-looking, guest-focused operation with strong people practices. Franchise ownership means employment is with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.

• Lead a team of Department Managers to drive store performance and customer experience.
• Set goals with leaders, monitor progress, and coach staff to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure capable leadership.
