Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across Dow’s major turnarounds.

You will drive readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement within the Scheduling discipline. The position collaborates with OTEC, site teams, and leadership to ensure adherence to Platinum standards and world-class scheduling across the FEL lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant turnaround experience OR 10 years in turnaround execution and project controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Master scheduler experience in a major turnaround is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership and support to turnaround teams for major events to improve readiness.
• Assess turnaround compliance, readiness, and health throughout FEL and execution phases, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure critical deliverables are met before execution.
• Develop recommendations and drive actions to address readiness deficiencies and reduce risk.
• Own the global turnaround scheduler qualification curriculum and mentor schedulers.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across the organization.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions that affect safety, schedule, cost and quality.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization and continuous improvement across turnaround processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to advance scheduling capability.
