Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region. This role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support across the Platinum work process to improve readiness and predictability of turnarounds.

The candidate will lead scheduling discipline, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with OTEC, site turnaround teams, and stakeholders to meet safety, schedule, and cost objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years in lieu of degree is required.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership and support to turnaround teams for major events ($30MM+).
• Assess turnaround readiness, health, and risk across FEL and execution phases; identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure critical deliverables are met.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and drive improvements in outcomes.
• Support training and development of the global scheduler network and curriculum.
