Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME in the Gulf Coast region. The role provides global scheduling expertise, governance, and execution support for high‑value turnarounds, partnering with OTEC, site teams and leadership to ensure disciplined planning and execution.

The candidate will drive readiness reviews, capabilities development, and performance oversight, ensuring adherence to Platinum standards and continuous improvement across the scheduling lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience, or 10 years in turnaround execution and controls.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain TWIC.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams, especially for major events ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and compliance across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure deliverables.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and risk.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Support execution by monitoring performance and resolving critical issues.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization across Dow processes.
• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions for scheduling.
