Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to administer compensation and benefits policies for domestic and international operations. You will resolve issues with strong customer service while supporting open enrollment, audits, and compliance with applicable laws.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with HR and business leaders, and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in total rewards, compensation, or benefits in HR.
• Strong project management, communication, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits policies and programs domestically and internationally.
• Support salary structure updates, surveys, and compliance reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert for benefits plans and open enrollment.
• partnered with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective program delivery.
• Analyze data for reporting, audits, and decision-making; drive process improvements.
