Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Global Tech Services Senior to act as a technical SME, hands‑on contributor, and leader for enterprise MECM and IT deployment initiatives. The role focuses on complex configurations, cross‑platform imaging, and security implementations across multiple OS platforms.

You will develop deployment strategies, write PowerShell automation, and maintain system documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high‑impact IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands‑on IT operations experience.
• Strong technical mentorship and the ability to guide technical team members.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and best practices.
• Experience with IT service delivery and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a technical SME for MECM administration.
• Develop and implement deployment solutions and configurations across MECM and MDM.
• Create and maintain imaging, packaging, and security implementations across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android.
• Lead and mentor team members; drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts and documentation.
• Monitor system health, performance, and KPIs.
