Job summary

Ashburn Consulting is seeking a mid to senior level Systems / Enterprise Engineer to support enterprise MFT operations, Linux and Windows systems, cybersecurity tools, servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.

The role requires strong technical judgment, documentation, training, planning, and follow-up skills, with the ability to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning, including market research and preliminary cost estimation for alternative solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Linux administration and enterprise servers, networks, and systems.
• 3+ years experience in cloud environments and AWS services.
• 5+ years experience with managed file transfer solutions (Axway) and secure transfer protocols.
• Familiar with AXWAY ST setup and authentication integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support Linux servers, storage, enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot network, storage, server, application and system issues.
• Support Axway MFT / Secure Transport in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Enable secure bulk file and data transfers across diverse systems and partners.
• Assist with DLP and SPE related activities.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams, customers and vendors; track work items.
